- Creating a media plan based on the brand’s identity and voice that they have set for themselves. Creating engaging content that is appropriate for offline media i.e. billboards.
- The content should be tailored for a pan-India audience since the customer base could be from any Indian state.

- The research included competitor analysis, customer engagement, and customers’ perspectives of the brand.
- Regional and strata-wise research of potential buyers and what they look for in similar living spaces.
Design Approach
- Life in 10 minutes radius was the campaign incorporated for the brand and the campaign's premise was to show buyers how everything they would need and expect and more is available around the project premises only 10 minutes away.
- Designs highlighted key locations by showing easy accessibility to luxury hotels, malls, and basic necessities such as grocery stores, pharmacies, etc.
